@ the Art Gallery

The Stewpot Open Art Program--which has been in existence since the 1990s--nurtures the artistic talents of homeless and at-risk individuals. For the past several years, the Dallas Public Library has hosted a December art show in the Bradshaw Gallery for the Stewpot Open Art Program. The Open Art Program has benefited from many other galleries and individuals who have hosted showings of art from artists in the program. When the renovation of 508 Park is complete, a permanent home for exhibiting the art created in the program will be created.
